My design services begin with a complimentary house call where I will measure your space and assess your needs. Depending on the scope of your project, you can choose between a hourly or per project rate. 

From there, I will get to know your style with some back and forth wtith vision boards that will allow me to propose selections in your budget. Next, we'll visit the areas local showrooms to see pieces and finish options in person. From there, I will provide you with 2d and 3d renderings to show you how your furnishings will fit in your space and allow you to see your vision coming to life. Finally, I will tweak the plan and finalize your selections so that you can purchase with confidence. 

I partner with trusted brands and vendors who value quality and craftsmanship. My design services includes furniture, rugs, lighting, fixtures, window treatments, wallpaper, art and decor -- everything you need to make your house feel like a home!

Depending on the scope of your project and where we are sourcing furniture from, I can pass on my exclusive trade discounts, which will end up saving you money in the long run.

 Building a custom home is incredibly stressful, especially for those living out of state and making hundreds of design decisions. I assist in the process by having a seat at the table as you meet with your builder to provide an extra set of eyes on the details. I will also review your plans from the perspective of what furnishings you are bringing or plan to have in your home to ensure they can be incorporated. 

Your initial consultation with me is always complimentary—it's a chance for us to get to know each other and determine if we're the right fit for your project. Should you choose to bring me on as your builder liaison , you will have an experienced eye on your interior selections to ensure that finishes, fixtures, and architectural details align seamlessly with your future furnishings—avoiding costly mismatches and elevating the overall design. 

Fees are based on a per project basis and will depend on the level of oversight required with meetings on-site and with your builder. 

If you are purchasing furniture from Ethan Allen, John Kilmer Furniture (on Hilton Head), or Furnitureland South (NC), we can arrange for storage, so you can purchase and have your furnishings ready when you receive your CO from the builder.
